Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TalkThrough ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TalkThrough, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TalkThrough is a desktop application that helps Product Managers and QA engineers create documentation and bug reports using voice recordings and screenshots. The App uses AI services to process your input and can integrate with issue tracking systems like Linear.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to process confidential information without proper authorization
• Maintain the security of your API keys and credentials
• Comply with the terms of service of third-party integrations (Google, Linear)
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

4. Third-Party Services

TalkThrough integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini API and Linear. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TalkThrough Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Content You Create

You retain ownership of all content you create using TalkThrough, including voice recordings, screenshots, and generated documentation. You grant us no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TALKTHROUGH INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. AI-Generated Content

TalkThrough uses AI to generate documentation and summaries. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
